As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

Annual Conference and other meetings

  • Registration includes Thursday dinner, Friday breakfast, and Saturday breakfast/lunch. Please be aware that any cancellations or refund requests for the conference made after the March 15, 2024 early bird registration deadline will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee applied to the refund. Cancellations made after May 15, 2024 will be non-refundable. All refund requests will be processed after the conclusion of the conference.
  • CASE has secured a block of rooms at the Resort. The group link will be provided upon receipt of registration. By registering or participating in any event, attendees acknowledge and accept to hold harmless and indemnify Capital Area Suburban Exchange against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the conference or any event.

Media Usage Terms and Conditions

These Media Usage Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of any photographs, videos, audio recordings, or other media captured at CASE Texas events (referred to as “Media”) by attendees, media representatives, or any other individual or entity (“User”) granted permission to capture such Media. By using or accessing the Media, Users agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Ownership and Rights:

  1. All Media captured at CASE Texas events are the property of CASE Texas unless otherwise stated.
  2. Users retain the copyright to Media they capture, but by submitting Media to CASE Texas, Users grant CASE Texas a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display the Media in any format or medium now known or later developed for promotional, educational, or other purposes related to CASE Texas events.

2. Permitted Use:

  1. Users may use the Media for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing on personal social media accounts, blogs, or portfolios, provided that CASE Texas is credited as the source of the Media.
  2. Media may be used for editorial or news reporting purposes by accredited media outlets, journalists, or bloggers covering CASE Texas events, provided that proper attribution is given to CASE Texas.

3. Prohibited Use:

  1. Users may not sell, license, or otherwise commercialize the Media without prior written consent from CASE Texas.
  2. Users may not use the Media in any manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with CASE Texas without explicit permission.
  3. Users may not alter, manipulate, or edit the Media in a way that distorts the original context or misrepresents the subjects or events depicted.
  4. Users may not use the Media in any way that violates applicable laws or infringes upon the rights of others.

4. Indemnification:

   Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless CASE Texas, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the User’s use of the Media in violation of these Terms.

5. Termination:

   CASE Texas reserves the right to revoke or modify permission to use the Media at any time, with or without cause. Upon notice of termination, Users must immediately cease using the Media and, if requested, delete or remove the Media from any platform or device.

6. Governing Law:

   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

7. Acceptance of Terms:

   By using or accessing the Media, Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
